JD-400 AC/DC System
The JD-400 Shuttle Car System is a Micro-Processor controlled 10 SCR AC to DC Traction Drive.

- Microprocessor controlled DC motor drive with advanced diagnostics and programmable features
- Can be used with DC series wound motors rated from 240VDC to 550VDC (up to 100HP rating)
- Regenerative braking capability and solid state reversing included in compact module
- Dual mode operation:
- Current control for torque sharing (shuttle cars)
- Voltage control for dual traction (continuous miners)
