The A800220 presents the operator with a tool that provides the following functions:
 

1.      View the parameters of a selected drive
2.      Set the parameters of a selected  drive
 

The A800220 has been developed to work with all Saminco digital Motor controllers.

The A800220 has 4 access levels for monitoring and programming the Saminco Digital drives, which are available via password protection. The first two levels are for operator use, while the top 2 levels are for technician and factory settings.

The monitor level is the default setting, which allows the real-time monitoring of input/output voltage, current and power in kW of the drive; temperature readings; drive history and status; fault history and status; and other operational parameters.

 The fault status indication monitors over 64 conditions, including the following alarms:

Heatsink Trip                                     Check Footswitch                 Field Loss

The operator level includes all of the monitoring functions, plus the ability to set nominal motor Hp rating (this sets up the thermal O/L parameters); current limit; accel and decel time plus additional programmable functions.
